Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
